In this segment of P-Ville, King P discusses with current citizens of P-Ville on how they view the Man On The Hawthorne lesson, and their perspective with the 100 pennies. In this segment King P discusses these lessons with Erich Dunkel, Jack Johnson, Nolan Gallanger and Shingo Morita( Elder Shingo).

This is "P" is for Podcast`s first segment. In today segment King P discuss with Elder Shingo what differences there were in his year of P-Ville and the current year. Mr. P also gives advice to the current year as of what leadership could do to improve and what citizens can do to improve.
