PNN JOURNALIST OATH

I swear by my journalistic integrity and by PNN that I will carry out this oath till the day I am not a Journalist.

I swear to report any news without voicing my opinion or pushing through someone’s agenda. I swear to stay true to my art form and never accept any form of bribery, to publish fake news. I will do right by the people, by providing them with quality interviews and news. I shall never put down another man’s opinion because of my own personal beliefs. Furthermore I swear to completely dislodge myself, or other feelings, or opinions, I might have from what I report. I will do my best to voice the people and not the men in power. If I break my oath may I be condemned to the punishment set out for me. If I carry out this oath may I be celebrated for my work and have the respect among my colleagues.
